By using eiffeltower-tickets.paris you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the site.

We publish independent travel guidance about visiting the Eiffel Tower. We do not operate the monument, sell official tickets ourselves, or act as a travel agency unless a separate contract says otherwise.
3. No warranty
Content is provided for general information. We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Transport strikes, weather, security alerts, or pricing changes can invalidate yesterday’s advice.
4. Third-party services
Widgets and outbound links may take you to booking platforms with their own terms, privacy policies, and cancellation rules. Your contract for a ticket is with the issuer of that ticket—not with us.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to breach security, or use automated tools in a way that degrades service for others. You may not misrepresent our site as an official government or SETE channel.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
